Tay Letting, established in 2009, is a Scottish-based letting and property management specialist. Tay Letting provides services to over 2,100 properties for landlords across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee.
The acquisition of Tay Letting will significantly increase Lomond's presence in the Scottish property market. Since 2021, Lomond have completed over 50 acquisitions in the UK, with over 42,500 properties under management across 12 brands.
