Sale of Orlebar Brown Limited to Chanel SA

BDO has advised the shareholders and management of Orlebar Brown, the luxury swim and resort wear brand, on its sale to Chanel SA.
 
The transaction provides Orlebar Brown with the platform to continue its global growth strategy and gives synergy opportunities with Chanel's own swimwear brand, Eres.
