Sale of CPA Global to Newco backed by Cinven and Management

CPA Global, the leading global provider of intellectual property management services and software to many of the world's best known corporations and law firms, was acquired by European private equity firm, Cinven and the incumbent management team in a transaction that saw an exit for Intermediate Capital Group and founder shareholders (patent attorneys).
