BDO has provided financial due diligence on the refinancing of Alston Elliot Limited, an Inflexion portfolio company.

Recently, The Group delivered on-screen graphics for the broadcast of England's T20 World Cup success. 

Alston Elliot is a market leading provider of graphics, data and over-the-top solutions provider for global sports federations and broadcasters.

Alston Elliot was acquired by Inflexion Private Equity Partners in 2017 and proceeds from the re-financing will enable continued investment in state-of-the-art graphics technologies and the development of new solutions.
