Placing and offer Tritax Big Box REIT

BDO acted as reporting accountant on Tritax Big Box REIT plc’s Placing and Offer for Subscription. As a result of significant investor demand, the issue size was increased from £150m to £175 million. The proceeds will be used to invest in further ‘Big Box’ assets (out of town distribution centres for major retailers). This transaction followed the company’s IPO in December 2013, a fundraise and move up to the Main Market in August 2014, and a further fundraise in November 2014.
