Peach Pubs acquired by Revolution Bars Group plc

BDO has provided buy-side diligence services on the acquisition of Peach Pubs by Revolution Bars Group plc.

Revolution Bars Group plc, a leading operator of 69 premium bars, has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Peach Pubs, the operator of a collection of 21 award winning, premium food-led pubs from its founders for a cash consideration of £16.5m.
