BDO advised Growth Capital Partners on its investment in Iglu.com, the online travel agent specialising in ski and cruise holidays. Iglu, which started as a ski OTA, has grown rapidly following its entrance into the cruise OTA space. Key management remained with the business as part of the transaction. BDO led GCP through a tight timetable to successfully complete this deal.
