Based in Battle, Medica Reporting is the leading UK based radiology reporting solution supplier to the NHS. BDO were introduced as Management / Newco advisors by solicitors Thomas Egger LLP. We managed to work against an extremely aggressive timetable driven by the Vendor and have been able to enhance the investment terms for Management.
