Our Mergers & Acquisitions team provided deal origination and advisory services to Wright Industries Limited (“WIL”) in relation to the MBI/MBO of Castle Microwave Limited (“CML”). This deal is WIL’s second acquisition in the past 12 months and BDO is continuing to advise WIL on further expansion of its activities.
CML is one of the UK's foremost suppliers of high technology and leading-edge RF and Microwave products covering components and subsystems used in military, space, telecomms, smart energy and test & measurement markets.
