BDO was reporting accountant on the IPO of Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company plc.
The Company will be investing in a diversified portfolio of Energy Efficiency assets which have a positive environmental impact and which facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy in accordance with the UK government's overall environmental targets. The Company's investments will focus on three core sectors: (i) low carbon heat distribution, (ii) social housing retrofit & industrial energy efficiency, and (iii) distributed generation.
