IPO of Alpha FX Group PLC to AIM

The BDO Transaction Services team advised Alpha FX Group plc on its admission to trading on AIM.            Alpha FX Group plc was established in 2009 as a corporate foreign exchange provider, with a strategic focus on managing exchange rate risk for UK clients trading internationally. With a placing price of 196p per share, on admission, Alpha FX Group plc had a market capitalisation of £64.2m.
