LDC has invested in Kick ICT to support UK expansion.
Kick ICT is Scotland's largest independent provider of IT managed, communications and digital transformation services to more than 1,000 customers across a range of sectors. Employing around 170 staff, it specialises in business solutions from Microsoft and Infor, alongside infrastructure, cloud and IT support.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to LDC on the investment.
