LDC backed the Capital Replacement of Fever-Tree, the UK’s leading premium tonic water and mixers brand, valuing the company at £48 million. BDO assisted LDC in the preparation of its final offer and through the exclusivity period, providing analysis and advice around pricing, working capital, accounting policies, taxation and the SPA.
