BDO has provided financial due diligence services on the investment of FC2020 Limited by Haoyuan Chemexpress Co., Limited.
Haoyuan Chemexpress Co., Limited, a subsidiary of Shanghai Haoyuan Chemexpress Co Ltd, a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, has completed its investment in the UK and European based chemical business, FC2020 Limited and its subsidiaries.
FC2020 sources and sell chemical materials for research and development to pharmaceutical companies, universities, biotechnology companies and contract research organisations in the UK and Europe.
This acquisition will enable Chemexpress to expand its geographical reach and utilise FC2020's existing customer network to further its business.
