Tenzing has invested in Converge TS a dedicated cloud computing provider for law firms, led by founder MD Nigel Wright. The Tenzing team and its Entrepreneurs Panel will support the company with product development whilst supporting a continued investment in sales and developing its acquisition and international strategy.
BDO provided financial due diligence for Tenzing to an accelerated timetable to ensure the overall deal timetable was delivered, so that the business could focus on it's growth plans without the disruption of a long drawn out transaction process.
