BDO provided financial and tax due diligence for Kings Park Capital LLP in their investment in 7Bone.
7Bone is an owner managed American-style burger restaurant based in Southampton and Bournemouth. Following a BBC documentary 7Bone experienced a growth in popularity and has plans to expand, with six additional restaurants already in the pipeline
Derek Woodcock will also be joining the Board. Previously Derek was Finance Director of Nando’s for 12 years, during which time Nando’s grew from 27 to 256 restaurants in the UK.
