Further issue by Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc

Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc (DORE) is a closed-end investment trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of renewable energy and infrastructure assets in the UK and Northern Europe.

In June 2022, DORE published a prospectus to establish a share issuance programme and completed an initial issue which raised gross proceeds of £52.9 million, exceeding its initial target raise.  DORE intends to use the net proceeds of the initial issue to repay amounts drawn under its revolving credit facility and to invest in a pipeline of renewables assets.
