Equity investment by Greater London Enterprise Ltd into Pocket Living Ltd

We are pleased to announce the completion of Project Watch – an equity investment by GLE into Pocket Living LLP  GLE is a long-standing client of BDO. They were introduced to Pocket earlier this summer through their property investment arm. Pocket is an innovative developer which builds low cost housing in London for key workers who are squeezed by current property values. The Greater London Authority has committed to provide £22m of interest free funding to assist Pocket develop around 50 Central London sites. GLE has committed further equity funding to assist in this.This has been a good relationship for BDO M&A, following on from our sale of YFM for GLE earlier this year.
