Rosimian Limited, the company which sells garden products through its Mercia Garden Products and Waltons brands, has been acquired by BVG Airflo Ltd.
Rosimian, based near Newark, manufacture a wide variety of garden and timber products, which includes traditional garden sheds, log cabins and summerhouses. BVG Airflo Ltd, a Welsh headquartered multi-channel retailer, will have a greatly expanded garden products offering following the acquisition.
