BDO provided financial due diligence for Burgess Marine Limited in connection with its acquisition of superyacht procurement specialists Global Services (Europe) Limited and Global Newbuilds Limited.
Burgess Marine is backed by RJD Partners private equity and is the largest independent ship repairer in the UK. The acquisition is Burgess Marine’s fifth to date and its second since RJD Partners’ investment in January of last year.
