The BDO Transaction Services team provided financial and tax due diligence on the £14m funding package to MPK Garages, a Leicestershire-headquartered forecourt operator with 25 sites across the UK; it operates Texaco and Gulf branded forecourts, as well as Londis petrol station shops with Costa Coffee and Subway facilities.
The funding package, comprises £7m in growth capital from Business Growth Fund and £7m in debt funding from HSBC, to support its acquisition of 20 further sites over the next two years.
