BDO has advised the shareholders of privately-owned Newtons Group Ltd, a facilities management company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and associated hard building services, on its sale to Q3 Services Group.
Q3 Services is a boutique FM company, delivering a range of services that include cleaning, maintenance and engineering, waste and environmental, onboarding and catering.
The deal will enable Q3 to introduce a technical services offering to complement its existing, soft-service expertise, providing an enhanced and more complete range of self-delivered FM services to clients of both organisations.
Newtons Group, which operates across the commercial property management and facilities sectors, will retain its trading name within the Q3 Group.
