BDO acted as reporting accountant on the first Scottish AIM IPO since 2012. The fast growing accounting software provider raised £10.7 million in what was the first ever UK initial public offering on an equity crowdfunded company.
FreeAgent provides cloud-based Software-as-a-Service accounting software and mobile applications that are designed for UK micro-businesses. It has a subscriber base of more than 50,000 and achieved a market capitalisation of £34 million.
