Acquisition of Zoo Hardware Ltd by Tyman Plc

BDO provided due diligence services to ERA Home Security Limited, part of Tyman plc, to support its acquisition of Zoo Hardware Ltd.

Zoo Hardware is a designer and supplier of architectural hardware for the UK residential and commercial markets, principally sold through the trade distribution channel.  The acquisition supports ERA's strategy to enhance its product range and brings innovative, fast growing brands to the division's existing portfolio.
