BDO provided financial, tax and pensions due diligence services to Edwin James Holdings, the technical services group specialising in the built environment, prior to its acquisition of WT Parker Group, a transaction supported by Aliter Capital and HSBC. WT Parker, a provider of mechanical, electrical and process engineering services with an established blue-chip customer base, has been held by the Parker family for more than 90 years. The bolt-on will expand EJH’s geographical footprint, taking combined revenues to around £110m and the number of people employed to just under 1,000.
