Acquisition of Trentnet Limited by Cohen Media Group

Cohen Media Group, an Academy Award-winning independent theatrical distribution and production company, acquired Trentnet Limited which trades as Curzon Cinemas. Curzon is the UK's preeminent arthouse theatre chain and the deal comprised Curzon Cinemas, Curzon Artificail Eye distribution arm and the Curzon Home Cinema streaming platform.
