Acquisition of The Mall (Luton) Unit Trust by Frasers Group plc for £58m

Frasers Group acquired The Mall shopping centre in Luton for £58m from Capital & Regional. The shopping centre spans 900,000 sq. ft and is home to more than 150 retailers including Primark, TK Maxx, and H&M.
