SimplyBiz is a group providing compliance and business support services to FCA authorised financial advisers. Staffcare provides software and support to power ‘Flexible Benefits’ and ‘Auto Enrolment’ solutions to many of the UK’s largest employee benefit consultants. SimplyBiz believes that Auto Enrolment and Workplace Savings will be key markets for many of the IFA firms that they serve. Therefore, they acquired the best and most innovative business in this field.
