BDO provided financial and tax transaction support to CBPE Capital, a London-based private equity firm, on their investment in Snigel, a European advertising technology platform, based in Dublin.
Snigel is a leading advertising technology company that helps online publishers (website owners) monetise their traffic through programmatic advertising.
CBPE's investment will help facilitate Snigel's ambitious international growth plans and will allow Snigel to further invest in its proprietary technology.
