Acquisition of Showcard Print by Ingleby (1884) Ltd, backed by LDC

The BDO Transaction Services team has recently provided financial due diligence services in connection with the management buy out of Showcard Print from Havelock Europa Plc. The management buyout was lead by the incumbent management team being backed by Lloyds Development Capital. Showcard, a leading UK point of sale advertising business, has full in-house capability to deliver everything from the largest format window and floor vinyls to items as small as business cards. Showcard can print on a variety of materials using its modern digital, litho and screen printing capabilities. Customers include major retailers such as Tesco and Arcadia, as well as brand owners such as T-Mobile and McDonalds.
