Matrix helps employers across public and private sectors to attract, recruit and manage their contingent workforce by enabling multiple channels of hiring, and providing access to a nationwide pool of pre-vetted recruitment suppliers.
Security Watchdog is the UK industry leader of digitalised, smart pre-and post-employment screening solutions, the largest EMEA supplier of background checks and a trusted partner to clients across the globe.
The deal will accelerate Matrix’s growth ambitions and broadens its services portfolio in the workforce solutions marketplace.
