Acquisition of Nowcomm by FourNet

BDO has provided financial due diligence services for FourNet on the acquisition of Nowcomm, a provider of specialist Cisco based services. 

FourNet acquired Nowcomm, a cybersecurity, network infrastructure and collaboration specialist, one of only two Cisco Gold, Master Security and Master Collaboration accredited partners in the UK. 

Nowcomm was founded 18 years ago by Mark Lamont and James Baly who developed a consultative-led Cisco business, focused on engineering and technology. 

The acquisition allows FourNet to expand its skills, expertise and customer base.
