Acquisition of London Offshore Consultants by AqualisBraemar

BDO provided vendor due diligence London Offshore Consultants on the sale to AqualisBraemar.

LOC provides consultancy and engineering services to the offshore renewables, oil & gas and shipping sectors. It has a Global office network consisting of 39 offices in 25 countries, and over 400 employees. 

The combination with AqualisBraemar will create a leading independent offshore energy and marine consultancy business. 

The acquisition will allow the combined group to leverage its leading position within the shipping and oil & gas sectors, and to take advantage of the rapidly growing renewables industry with a target of 50% renewables and sustainability orientated services by 2025.
