The BDO Transaction Services team have advised Maxxia (UK) Limited, a provider of enterprise wide asset financing solutions, on its acquisition of European Vehicle Contracts Limited, one of the UK's leading specialist point-of-sale car finance brokers.
European Vehicle Contracts Limited, which trades as Eurodrive Motor Finance, joins a group of companies owned by McMillan Shakespeare Limited, an Australian listed company.
