The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services Team recently provided financial due diligence services to Northbridge Industrial Services plc ("Northbridge"), the industrial services and rental company, on their acquisition of DSG Rental NV ("DSGR"). DSGR, part of the DSG group of companies, is a rental equipment business based near Antwerp in Belgium. The acquisition allows Northbridge to expand its European presence and supplement its portfolio of transformers and related equipment. The transaction, which involved BDO Corporate Finance and Tax Specialists from both the UK and Belgium, demonstrates our cross-border capability.
