Acquisition of CH&CO and Host Management by MML Capital Partners

CH&CO provide catering services in cafes, restaurants and workplaces, as well as experiential events in some of the world’s most iconic destinations.

BDO advised MML Capital Partners on the acquisition of a stake in CH&CO Group, in a transaction which saw the merger between CH&CO and Host Management, hospitality catering providers.

The merged entity had a combined turnover of £200m and 4,500 employees. The transaction will enable both companies to use their combined assets and talent to improve their competiveness and market presence.

Since the transaction, CH&CO Group has grown turnover above £300m and now employs more than 6,000 people.
