BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services to Progeny on the acquisition of Chartered financial advice firm Carbon Financial Partners.
Multi-disciplinary professional services firm, Progeny, has acquired Carbon Financial Partners - a firm of Chartered financial planners with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Perth.
The acquisition adds £600m to Progeny's assets under management and strengthens its existing presence in Scotland.
