Acquisition of Caburn Group by CSL

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to CSL in relation to their acquisition of Caburn Group.

CSL is a leading provider of secure connectivity for critical internet of things (“IoT”) applications, focussed on fire, security and health telecare. 

CSL acquired Caburn Group, which is a global provider of secure IoT connectivity, SIM management and software that has been established for more than 10 years. The acquisition of Caburn Group will expand CSL’s offering into new territories and sectors.
