Edwin James Group, a multi-disciplinary engineering services provider owned by Aliter Capital, completed the acquisition of Automated Control Solutions (ACS).
The acquisition expands Edwin James' digitalisation offering, growing its systems integration and operational technology automation. ACS further strengthens the group's process engineering capabilities and provides additional capacity to support customers' sustainability, digital and energy transitions.
