BDO provided financial due diligence services to Terrapinn Holdings Limited in relation to their acquisition of ASI Publications Limited.
ASI Publications Limited incorporates the wholly owned subsidiary Aviation Electronics Expo Limited, which is a specialist B2B event organiser and publisher in the Aerospace technology market, organising Aerospace Tech Weeks in Europe and USA, and publishing a print and digital publication which supports the Aerospace Tech Weeks.
The company was founded and is run by CEO Adrian Broadbent. Adrian has a long history in the sector having previously run the successful Avionics Europe event launched in 2001 and sold to PennWell in 2007. Aerospace Tech Week is an international exhibition & conference for the aerospace technology community.
