BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services on the acquisition of Ansty Hall Hotel by the Exclusive Collection Hotels group.
Exclusive Collection Hotel Group has completed the acquisition of Ansty Hall Hotel to grow its portfolio of UK-based hotels to seven.
The 62-bedroom hotel is located in North Warwickshire, sits in eight acres of landscaped gardens and dates back to the 17th century.
The hotel will be operated in tandem with the other Exclusive Collection properties.
