BDO advised Clarity Travel Ltd, the Business Travel and Events division of the Portman Travel Group on its acquisition of Agiito (one of the UK’s most respected Corporate Travel and Events agencies) and Evolvi (the B2B rail ticketing platform) from Capita PLC.
The Portman Travel Group and its subsidiaries (Clarity Travel and Elegant Resorts) represent Seera Plc’s UK travel division.
The new combined business, led by Clarity’s CEO Pat McDonagh, is set to become one of the leading domestic corporate travel and events agency in the UK. The enlarged group will benefit from a unique, cutting-edge technology platform with proprietary technologies in online booking, meetings & events and rail.

Post deal, Agiito and Evolvi will continue to be led by the combined Executive Leadership teams from both businesses.
