BDO acted as reporting accountants on the issue of C shares by GCP Asset Backed Income Fund, which raised £75m.
GCP Asset Backed Income Fund lends to a diverse portfolio of owners of assets, secured against physical assets or dependable cash flows.
Proceeds from the issue will go towards taking advantage of asset backed finance investment opportunities identified by the company’s investment manager, Gravis Capital Management.
