Serviced Office Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of flexible office space from 20 business centres in the South East acquired Avanta Managed Offices Limited which operates serviced offices, predominately in Central London. BDO undertook financial due diligence on behalf of Serviced Office Group on both the acquisition and the associated £12m placing.
