On 10 August 2017, LendInvest Secured Income plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LendInvest Limited, issued a £50 million listed retail bond. The bonds are listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. BDO acted as reporting accountants on the transaction.
